Collisions

There is a serious problems with collisions in this game. Well, the AI Colliding with things. So far I've taken 3 missions involving me escorting a freighter through a farcaster. In each mission about 30 seconds after I leave the farcaster my wingman will collide with the freighter, for no apparent reason. Every time. Twice I've escorted a freighter to a station, and both times the freighter waited too long to stop and slid into the station while trying to turn away from it. I mentioned in the main board I had a escort shuttle mission that collidied with the Archon when it tried to land (didn't follow the normal glide path, came in at a angle for no reason. Just now, I was seconds away from taking down a cruiser in my Thunderbolt, my 4th wingman ran into me from behind (and I wasn't even twisting and turning, just flying straight to let them pass me, fire their missiles and then I'd fire mine for the kill).

Also, on a side note, I just got the second campaign, and my second mission was to assualt a frigate. Somehow the entire cruiser group that the frigate was apart of started in the same exact spot and couldn't move. When the frigate blew, it took all three of the cruisers it was stacked on with it. An entire cruise group gone in seconds, without having the chance to do any sort of damage on my own team.

Other than that, I love the game! I swear I'm going to marry it, the dynamic campaign is the most amazing feature ever. Now if only I could get a strategy game with a truly dynamic campaign like this.

There are many situations further into the campaigns where a LOT of ships end up in the same sectors, sometimes they decide to deploy right next to each other.
It makes for a really rough ride in a starship, as everyone scrambles for position, raises shields, fires torps and point defence systems go psycho and miss everything important :)
Haven't had them stacked on top of each other though, sounds like a small bug :/

The freighter smashing into the station probably needs to have it's last waypoint moved. The ships spawning in the same spot appears to be a pretty rare bug.

Get enough ranks and get command of the carrier group. Then you can control all elements of the Terellian Alliance.
