Help! Can't buy game!

I have tried to buy the game online now 7 times using 3 different credit cards and a switch card over 2 days through the US and UK sites and failed. I want this game, but it seems you don't want to sell it to me! Please can someone help me out here?

PS the most common error message is 30024002 - 0

I have tried ordering the game 2 times now.
Each time I get the following message.

(Error Number: 30030083 - 0)

And NO email confirmation.
I can not download the game because it says there is no information for my order at this time.


EDIT - I just got an E-mail confirmation the next day. Downloading now. Agravating error though.
