Combat save not loading

Playing a PBEM game, my opponent sent me the combat reply, but i cant seem to load it,
all i get is this, and then it goes back to the main manual, I ask him to run it on his system and he has no problems viewing the full combat reply, This happend on turn 1. Turn 2 was ok, now it happened again for turn 3, This is a bug right? I know how the PBEM system works, im a UV vet.

Yes the problem seems pretty serious any help would be nice.

I had this problem too actually and restarted the scenario as I figured I had screwed something up....glad to know it wasnt me at least.

I found the solution,
unlike UV, u can alt tab, and put the files into the save folder and u can run the turn. But for WitP u must quit the program and restart [8|] then it works [X(]

I tried several times restarting the game, deleting all saves and then just adding in the one I want to see but unfortuantely had no luck.
