unloading and disbanding existing jap convoys Dec 7

Is there a chance to disband the existing TF's on Dec 7, unloading the troops, and reorganizing the japanese convoys as one sees fit?
Of course i can transfer the ships to newly created TF's, but the troops are still loaded.
I want to unload them and load them up with something else.

Editor. Panel 2 in Locations has the TF number that the unit is loaded onto.
