What's the grand total?

I'm kind of interested to know the grand total of all ships included in the full version, fighters, frigates, destroyers, cruisers and carriers. Is it basically the same as in the demo + cruisers or is there something fresh as well? Plus, are there any other notable additions, say, Battleships?

There are 35 types of ships (not all user playable) and 45 types of station, starbase, building, factory, defense satellite, etc.

well plus I don't think there's much point flying the freighters

You can only fly Alliance ships in the campaigns. Everything can be flown by the player in custom missions though.
