Can't win Coral Sea Scenario!

Please don't move this to the game-tips section.

I really CAN'T win this game.

It doesn't appear to matter how badly I maule the Japenese in the game; I still can't accumulate enough points to do any better than a DRAW.

1) Sunk all the Jap carriers

2) Suffered no damage to my own

3) Held Port Moresby

Its still reported as a draw at the end.

This has to be an error in the scenario victory criteria, correct?

I dont think this scenario is about winning, its about learning the game, playing as the allies you can only do so much, I guess the scenario was looking at the historical point of view. Its only a small part or the huge war, I suggest that you try one of the larger scenarios if you really looking for points to get a total victory.
