Illuminator

Improved the Illuminator a bit, keeping it a LR design with 3 GMH2s. Lowered engine by 1, added another ammo slot to the 3rd GMH2 rack, rounded out armor, increased heat dissipation by 0.40C/s.

Looks too similiar to the Pariah now[:(] Pariah is the long-range GM medium and the Parapet (5GME design) is the short-range. Need something thats a better mix for a combined range role... What about this? Loses some armor, -2scanner, -1 LS, and slightly better heat., picks up the 3rd GMH2 rack with plenty of ammo, but GME racks a thin on ammo.

They're very different approaches, the Illuminator is the LR GM design focused on defense, and the Pariah the LR GM design focused on offense. I was trying to keep the Illuminator as close to the original as possible, namely the LR classification. I guess this does it, and looks good (even though it packs ammo in the CT).
