Couple of issues with city bombing

Noticed a couple of things with city bombing missions -

1. It uses the base mission graphic instead of the new city mission graphic for the combat animation.

2. When you click the city bomb option on the bombers detail screen it takes you to the screen where you can select a target. Clicking the "comanders choice" option just selects the 1st city on the list and the 1st target at that city.
