CA Courageous Port PDBs

Port PDBs on "Courageous" class CAs will not fire on enemy vessels in any firing arc at any range. (tested from 3km to 30km, constantly swinging ship about, versus ID 0 ships. ) In game, have noticed that the Courageous occasionally didnt fire its PDBs versus important enemy targets (like torps and ships) , which spurred this test. However they will fire in rest position w/ no target. Puzzling. My only theory is that one of the AIM_EL_MAX/MIN or AIM_AZ_MAX/MIN parameters is screwed up.

Shoe's theory was quite correct. Several of the starship classes have bad azimuth min/max parameters on the port side PDBs. I believe I've found and fixed all of them now.
