Downloading WitP

I have been unsuccessful in downloading this game. I have cable internet service but in the 5 to 6 download attempts I have made the download stream invariably stops before completion. According to faq you can supposedly resume a stopped download by reclicking the download button. I tried this and it commences a new download and does not resume the old.

This is a very frustrating experience because this is a large download in the first place. Can I just order the cd now and be done with it? I have been disappointed with the support options (email only which still hasn't been answered) in trying to resolve this problem especially after playing $70 for the game.

I was finally able to complete my download. [:'(]

It took me several attempts but, to be fair, I was finally successful.
