hmm, I have 2 AS ships in Batavia, 1 SS, 23k supplies, only 5k supplies needed but the sub there dont refit the torpedo tube. Port is 6. I'd thought AS ships will help the sub to reload the tubes ?
any ideas ?

The mines themselves get "thrown overboard" in a rather generic fashion, whereas torpedoes must be launched from torpedo tubes designed specifically for them. I'd say it is logical.but it is not logical becasue dutch ML ships can re-arm Mines in a british port, here the nationality rule is skipped ( thrown over board )
