Struggling with loading transports

Post by Lascaris »

I'm having issues getting transports to load properly. I can get them to pick up supplies, fuel, resources but am having no luck getting planes or troops to load. Specifically I have some AK's in San Francisco, and am trying to get some planes loaded onto them. I do the "Load troop" command, select the troops to load, in this case it's some B-18's, and I get a dialogue box showing the plane group stats with an option of "Back" or "Exit". I've turned Unloading off for the transport group, and tried with and without setting the destination prior to loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The planes load instantly supposedly. What command do the planes belong to? West Coast? If you check the AK right after the load command the group name will appear there and they will disappear from the base completely. You can then load supplies AFTER loading the aircraft.

You are clicking the group name ... click the words "select air group"

Common mistake, make it a million times myself.

Naw, You need to understand that Mike/Keith/Gary just code stuff and expected us to figure out what it did. There was no manual back then ... there are countless threads that start "umm ... whats this mean?" or "Umm, what happens when I click this new spot?" [:D]
