Looking for PBEM

OK PBEM newbie looking for a Japanese player for Scen 15.

Virtually any options are acceptable (now there is over confidence for you [:D][:D])

Would prefer no turn 1 port atack on Singapore or Manila if non Historic start.

Any slot is ok as I have no games at mo also 1 or 2 turns per 24 hours should be ok for me.

My suggested house rules below

1. If non historic start I will do nothing on my Allied turn 1

2. No Japanese port attack on Singapore or Manila in turn 1

3. 2nd USMC Div will not leave US until 31st July 1942 at earliest.

Any others normally used for PBEM's I need to know about or recommended.
