Take Singapore is a utopia

I cannot take Singapore because the program shows a enemy ground unit in the hex 22,49 (Johore Bahru) just the same turn i give the marching orders to my ground units in this hex to Singapore. I try to attack this "fake" unit but in the next turn the enemy unit disappears and everythings starts again.

In some turns my planes based in Palembang attack those ground units but the next turn the enemy units in Johore Bahru disappears! Maybe are extremely fast ground units that avance and retires endless.
