Set all aircraft buttons

The set all aircraft type tf button does not seem to work. Example: "set all SBDs in this tf"

Can you be more specific? More then one CV in the TF?

I have had the same problem with more than 1 CV in a TF. The set all F's, for eg, to sweep; doesn't change the fighters on other CV's in the same TF.

I noticed this on the very first turn, 12/8 scenario 15.

Made some changes to the Enterprise's first dive bomber group and hit button to change all for "SBD Dauntless". It didn't take. It does work if told to change all "dive bombers".

I've also seen it not take intermittently but for me the "SBD Dauntless" problem is consistent and reproduceable. I can send a save if needed.

Yes more than one cv in the group. It does not work with one cv in the group either.

Learned this one the hard way with KB at PH after the raid. On the return trip used it to
reset to escort, naval attack for the return voyage. It did not take and I got jumped and pounded by
the AI. Only 1 carrier launched a strike. Needless to say restart.

I have experienced this too. I had created a 3 CV TF in Pearl and the "Set all F4/Dauntless/Devastator in this TF" button didn't work. The "Set all fighters/DB/TB" button worked fine though.

yes, same problem with AV ships and float planes, set all <plane type> in this TF is not working

check Scen #2 (Rising Sun), there is a bombardment TF at Takao with 2 AV ships and other float planes on cruisers, Jakes, Petes and Alfs groups. When I set Jakes for some action and click Set all Jakes in this TF nothing happened, other groups of Jakes in this TF are not altered and I must click and set up each of them. Similar for Petes etc. [:(]
