Fleet Command

Hi,
I'm considering buying + downloading the game when I get home. Can someone tell me how I can get information on the Operational Command mode i've heard obliquely about?

There is no command mode per se, but when you lead a starship squadron you can issue any and every command to ships under you. When you reach the rank of Grand Admiral you can command any ship in the fleet in this manner.
