Bankok Resources

I cannot pull resources out of Bankok. Have tons there...but the AKs that begin to load up pull away empty. The base is under human control, though the theater is under computer control.

What is the controlling headquarters showing for Bangkok? This may be related to the "ALLIED 15th Army" Bangkok problem noted in another thread.
