Game defaults to start menu?

Game defaults to start menu?

Bought the game, downloaded it and even printed the manual...wow!
Windows XP system.
Anyway, started various senarios but when AI takes over the turn the senario shuts down and game goes back to the start menu?
Please tell me this is only something stupid I'm doing? [&o]

Have you downloaded the two interm patches? Thay are located (sticky) at the top of the WitP Support Forum.

If that doesn't fix you're problem check The above troubleshooting thread by Mr. Frag.

Seems to me that if the 1.10C patch doesn't fix your CTD renaming the sound foulder to nosound until the 1.20 patch comes out should fix the problem.
