Fueling at base?

Post by john martino »

Sounds like a basic question but am I correct that every TF should be fueled by port before they are sent on their mission? This must be done before ships (like in the case of transport or replenishment) can start loading on troops and supplies?(or can this happen at the same time) So it is a two step process? Final question when transports are loading fuel as cargo I assume this is for the ground troops at the destenation base?

Fuel is only used for ships supply, whereas Ground and Air units need supplies.
You can fuel your transport TF whenever you want, before or after loading, it will only consume operations points.

So what is the difference between the buton that says Fuel ships from port and the button that says load fuel? (further down the screen)

When you load fuel, your ships will carry it to another location whereas if you use load TF from port your TF will refuel.
Check the endurance level for every ship of your TF and you will note that it recover to its initial level as it decrease when your ships sail at sea.
