EiA Status and watchout for the Doppleganger!

Hey guys:

Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how we're doing BUT first a message from our crack security team...

There is a stalker amongst the ranks who is protraying himself as me (I'm flattered).
He is running around as "Marshall EIIis" (notice the large "I"s in EIIis) so make sure when
reading my posts that you are talking to "Marshall Ellis". Sorry for this BUT I've always
found that there has never been a shortage of idiots in this world that would rather hinder
than create ... boggles my mind?????????

Anyway, to the good stuff. We're deep deep into some rather testy issues that are causing us
to scratch our heads a bit. The testing slowed a bit in July (expected) with vacations and
all (testers get vacations?) BUT in the past few days I've become stacked with work by
receiving over 40 issue reports. We're also trying to get the AI to be more human like.
I may be a little sparce on the forums for the next week or so since I'm diving back into my
hole for a little one on one with the compiler...

It would be only fitting that one of the whiners about the release date of the game find out his email address and mail bomb him by mistake. Marshall, maybe you should direct all questions about the release date to this Marshall EIIis guy????[;)]

didn´t I say "sorry" and told you I would stop using Eiiis ? First you call me "idiot", and now you made this hypocritical posting. What was "unreal" about my replies ? In spring I posted an "update" by the middle of a month where you did not do so far... and all I said was that there would be no news. And my information about the french SOLs and crews where simply what you can find in any book.
You "sincerley" hope ? You really do ? Is that irony or the part when you say I would be "deceiving" Matrix customers with my "UNREAL replies" ? But well, I guess you also may hold Sadam responsible for 9/11, expect that there are nukes in Iraq, that our planet was created just 6000 years ago...But of course, millions of Matrix costumers had been decived by "sorry, no news" and "France tried to go on to match the Brits at sea". And Empires in Arms would be finished as promised last year without my billions of postings.

I'm looking froward to buying your game and I think you're a cool dude but I think you over reacted to EIIis. I can understand your concern since someone mistook him for you in regards to a curt posting. However I don't think it was EIIis' intention to harm your reputation, it was one post and he did apoligze. You should have just accepted the apology and issue would have gone away.

Pippin rolls 2 dice for the argument evasion attempt. Snake-eyes! Damn, cornered. Ok, opponent selects her argument chit….. And up comes… the “Why don’t you think I’m sexy anymore?” argument.

Ok, this can get rough… Pippin then tries to counter the chit using a triple die gambit roll…

4-3-2...on the battle table. Adding up the columns, gives us… “I have a head-ache again” result…

Phew.. Going into round 2 of combat now….
