A Getting Started with Mods Guide

Does anyone have a good link or information regarding modding in this game? I'm very interested with designing some mods, but I have not found much information about this subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

That has links to the three sites that'll do you a lot of good- the main site's mod SDK and two user made ones.
