how do I get my number

got the DL, go to install and it wants the number for the game

go back to support, and see the list of games I have brought, all the other games, when I click on them, show the info for that game, when I click on this one, I get the invoice listing for Barbarossa instead

any help or ideas ?

Yes I ordered it back in March

but I don't have the email any more

when I try to get my number off of the invoice, it brings up the info for Barbarossa instead of CotD

Hi, have you tried going to www.findmyorder.com? There are two different methods for retrieving your serial number. Let me know if that helps.

yes, I have tried that, I get a list of the games I have ordered and can click on the Invoice button

but for this game, when I click on it, I get the info for Op Barbarossa, instead of this game, all the other buttons/games give me the right info

is there another area on that page I can check ???

I had gotten the number from that page when the last patch came out, so didn't write it down in a nonloseable spot (kids/wife/dogs, nothing stays where it should)

okay was just back in there, looks like the invoice button for this game when I click on it, will show me the same page as what ever I last clicked on, this time it was showing me info for WITP, I will back out and come back in and see if I can get it to see me a clean page ???

okay took a while but finally got the info I needed to get into the right invoice, number is now mine !!!!!

and as a back up, I made a new folder in my Matrix folder, and put all my Serial numbers in there, so I got a written back up, one on the putter, and you guys have one on the list !
