Multiple Joystick use?

Multiple Joystick use?

I typically fly flight sims (IL2 and FS2004) and have a CH Pro Throttle. There doesn't seem to be a way to have my CH Pro Throttle used as my throttle while my joystick is used as a joystick. Is there a way to do this I'm not seeing?

Seems like an advanced starfighter would handle the concept of a HOTAS... [8D]
