Made a deal with the wife. While the computer is running it's turn I must either be on the tradmill next to it or doing a set of push-ups/sit-ups (100). A good compromise so that I get my game time in while not getting fatter in the process. Add watching the History Channel at the same time and I am the epitome of multi-tasking.

At this rate I will be back to my police academy weight before the end of Scn 15!

Hell, my dog weighs 180lbs. Me, I'm 6' tall by 3' round in the middle.

My plan is to get back to my original birth weight of 6lbs 11 ounces.

My beard is 35 years old.

I can't remember how old my beard is but when I shave off my full mostly grey beard in Dec 1969 on the north slope of Alaska my 40+ helicopter pilot who had never seen me without it exclaimed "my God you're just a kid, I thought you were my age".

I'm only running about 10-15# over. Taking that on by biking a bit more this summer. Now, off to cycling... right after this turn... [:D]

Overweight?

According to height and weight charts i could probably stand to gain 10-15 pounds to even be considered at normal weight.

I'm over 50 in both catagories, I also drive a desk 75% of the time for a living, so I really can't blame matrix for the girth thing, maybe eyesight and carpul tunnel through

I've just been trying to figure out how long it will take to play the full campaign, and at the moment I'm taking about 15-30 minutes per turn (I'm hoping to improve when I learn how to do things), so I guess that could mean an additional year or so behind the computer?

That can't be good for my health.

WITP is good for the cool, dark, winter down here in Tassie, but with spring coming on and summer just around the corner I'm hoping that I'll limit my interaction with the game, if that is possible, and get back to the beach on a more regular basis.

PS I was stoked to see Devonport listed as a base on the map, I visit there regulalry.

Body Mass Index= Wt in Kg / Ht in m**2

Overweight 25-29.9 BMI
Obese >30

For Lb/Foot conversion go to

The problem with this..if you have some muscle, you may well have a BMI>25. You can always tell yourself THAT is the reason

BTW..if your are over BMI 40...walk away from the computer and go see if your insurance company will pay for gastric bypass stapling. [;)]

29 yo 177cm and 79kg. Not overweight, just bit heavily built. Last year had fat percentage about 16% and even if gained some weight since I've propably lost some fat since that. BMI is 25.4.

Thanks for making me feel young compared to most of you guys... I feel dreadful about being already 30 next year, it really turns my guts inside out sometimes.

NICE! [:)] I am green from been envious....

I've also ended up doing some workout during turn processing, for the whole turn processing time mostly, because interested only seeing results in text format. I'd hope that game would have some sort of extra warning on spotting BB's and CV's. Anyway, it makes about 30 mins restoring workout everyday.

My wife still wants to limit my time on computer( She already hates UV a bit, but she have not yet learned full capacity of WITP ) and that workout does not help too me, because I do my it anyway and being honest she sometimes think that I use too much time with sports :( She endures WITP a bit better than some other games because I also do some house-cleaning etc. while turns are being processed.
