It would be nice if the leaders for Air formations had a filter, so u don't have to flick through all the leaders to find one best for a fighter sqn or a patrol sqn etc. This would save lots of time, when u consider most of the Sqns need there leaders changed anyhow.

We need that for all leaders, IMO. I also believe it to be on the wish list, possible approval pending.

Yes, we do need that for all the leaders. It can be pretty painful trying to find an "invasion convoy" commander, some of the carrier commanders, amongst all the chaff.

While I agree that is need, before that they need to fix the fact that every few turns a competent commander gets replaced by someone from the other side. Japanese Warrant Officers do NOT command US Task Forces or British infantry divisions.
