This titan was designed a specific jock, and was used in the first map of the Vossler's gambit campaign. It proved to be quite effective.

Looks prety good, will put it together and give it a try when I get a chance. After some major changes in the mediums I'm just now getting into to heavies and assaults agian... well sorta... next thing on my list is the Axeman... it has problems as I've noticed from my AAR play.

Some off the cuff suggestions, look into possibly putting Millinia in the LoT and definately in the CBT if at all possible. These locations are 'cheap' tonnage-wise for armoring up with Millinia. Will know better once I get it in the factory.

Well.. put it together and it not bad, but runs a little warm, all the weapons are LR and I want to fire them all[;)]. Play around with the armor and you can gain a little bit with the heat dissappation. In one-on-one battles I found it played better for my playstyle if I swapped out one of the PGs for a NB.. If the enemy starts getting close and I don't have any big holes started and I have a green scan that says human/replicant... BBBzzzz.. it NB time.

I am only starting to appreciate the NB thanks to that mission on Vossler's Gambit. Gen. Briggs knocked down many titans with a good NB hit.

The Dual PGs are the hard hitters for the Pandemonium, I didn't find it too hot when I put a bit of spacing, but then I was using a hero jock who probably got the Defensive bonus for Heat Regulation...

He's in a Blackguard. I still have some questions as to wheter it should be in the titan database or not as the AI has trouble using it to it's full effectiveness due to it's small engine vs. the PUs needed for it's weapons, but it's still very scarey to face.

It's really rude if a player can crouch with it ; fire a NB wait 3 secs, fire a BRG wait 3 secs, fire the other NB wait 3 secs, fire the other BRG... rince and repeat. Once the opponent goes down it rarely gets back up

Woohoo! 500th post!

I know, I just got may squad's energy weapons expert a Blackguard, and the bounties and salvage are rolling in. It helps that I have a Paladin with a pair of NBs to boot, but even if only 1 in 3 or 4 blasts of the NB works, the enemy jocks are stunned or worse in a hurry [;)]

The only NB wielder in my Hard Core AAR is the Droid on the Wraithchild. Wicked Recon, that one.

I'll trade with you Frog.. I've been dieing to salvage a NB wielding titan for my AAR. also a 'true' CC titan would be nice. I did get an Axeman, but it has problems.

Yeah... unfortunately, the Wraithchild in my Droid squad just blew up...
Core Map + Fireball = Kablooey. The Swift Death carries 1 more machine gun than an axeman, though.

hehe.. I agree. It's heat dissappation is too low is the main problem, over heating just from it's weapons in CC. Although, that shield is very nice for closing distance and the good scanner 'should' help to avoid engine explosions. I'm stilll working with it.

Latest version I'm trying adds another MG
