My TF's won't go.

My TF's won't go.

I edited scen 15. I took the BB's out of the PH TF. I moved the CV's to Tokyo, then to Ominato, then back to uppuru Jima port. I added some DD's, took them out and put in some CL's. On the first turn of testing I made two TF's, destination PH. Both Tf's moved one hex during the turn. What did I do? Does every TF formed on the first turn get the Japanese mvmnt bonus?

You changed something so the Japanese ships or ship need to spend operations points to refill. I did the same thing in my scenario.

It could be fuel, air strike points, transport loading, ammo loading, they all take operations points.

How do I avoid it? Do I set the destination, target, etc, & form the TF in the editor? Will that help?
