Something wierd with beams

Okay, heres the deal

I have some af beams setup, they can take out a fighter in a few shots, and I use a varient for the fighters that have beams

now.. said beams can kill a 1200 integerty starfury in about 5-6 shots, approx

HOWEVER

said beams DONT kill a drone with 50 integerty with way more hits

I have no idea why its doing this, in order to get the beams to kill a drone I have to boost their power to the point where they fry a starfury in one shot, it makes no real sence

what the distance from thwe drone and from the 'fury when u fire? Distance degrades damage delt by a beam.

Also, is the drone the same size as the 'fury? Try makeing a drone the same size and see what happens...

and the drone is.. a ... drone.. why would you make it the same size as a fury ehehhe

'cause maybe the beams are not hittin the drone right on? Like fi you get close to a Spectre and it fires the beams, you between them. Close enof and it causes damage but not full damage.

oh its hitting, it gives that flash effect the whole time the beams are contacting.

hell I can have 3 beams hitting the same drone for enough time to fry a fury and it does nothing
