Printed Rules ???

Empires in Arms is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. Empires in Arms is a seven player game of grand strategy set during the Napoleonic period of 1805-1815. The unit scale is corps level with full diplomatic options

Are we going to have a printed rules with the game (.pdf) or tutorial or somethig like that ... ?

As long as the rules aren't as long as the ones for War In The Pacific. I couldn't use my printer for several days afterwards because it needed to cool down.

I know there was a PDF with all the original rules somewhere on the internet... Don't know if I can find the link again...

oops... don't read your post in detail I guess...

Yes some kind of "rules" or "insight" into how things work might be nice because new players (who never played EiA) might wanna know and old EiA players might wanna know what differs...

Yes, because it seems that the rules are gonna be a mix between EiA and EiH, at least in OOB and kingdoms, and maybe many other things. Maybe the rules will be more useful for EiA gamers that for the others, bacause new gamers doesn't know the old ones, and so they won't make mistakes based on old rules.

IIRC, there will be documenation for the game. However, as of now there are quite a few rules (different versions) floating around the net. Most of these are in either HTML, MS Word, and PDF format. I think the most popular now is the Empires in Harm version 4 ruleset. You can also find the original EiA rules as well.
