Complete Newbie Questions.

Post by incbob »

I am interested in this game and have some questions. Sorry if they have been answred before, but I couldn't find the information.

1) When approximately will the game be released? Are we talking days, 2 or 3 weeks, or months. I realize that no specific date can be given, I am just wanting some guidelines.

2) Approximately how much will the game cost upon release? Again, I understand no specifics just wanting a general "Idea."

3) It will be available for download right?

4) How hard will this game before for "beginners?" I have played wargames before and used to play a war game called War and Peace, but I have never played EiA. Will I be able to pick it easily or will this be a chore.

Anyhoo...thanks for the answers.

I'll only answer #4, War and Peace by Avalon Hill, was slightly easier to play/understand vs EIA the board game. Both campaign games took about the same amount of time to complete. Hope that helps and the above is only my opinion.

Answer for 3 must be Yes. As far as I know MG uses digital download all out now.

And aswer for #2 I want to know too...

Answer from #1 I think you gave yourself. However in late June or early July they said "With not a too big miracle we can release in august". Well nobody believed august was possible, but it gives you an indication things are getting close. At the same time I think there was a "promise" to release this year. I'm hoping for late september but... So my guess is anything between 1 and 3 months from now.
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.
