Cargo by ship?

Can a Tanker (TK) carry cargo other than fuel? For that matter can an AO or an CV , CVL or CVE? I realize this is not the best use of such ships!

No, AO and TK can only carry fuel, while CV and CVL can only carry planes. All of them are very valuable ships and should not be sent where AP/AK or a fast transport TF may be sent.

But AP and Ak can carry fuel at a %50 reduced capacity.
