Victory Points going up and down

Victory Points going up and down

Scen 13 starts with 6300 or so points for the allies. 8 days later it's down to 5500, even though no major bases were lost ( only places like Lunga,Tulagi,Gili Gili).

Then 2 days later it's up to 5800, even though no bases were recaptured or major ships sunk.


What am I missing ?
