how do u put resourses on to ship and which one,s or how do they move to bases

Hi, Load resource onto AK. Unload at Port with Heavy Industry. Or port connected to HI via rail.
Load oil onto tankers. Heavy Industry requires both resource and oil to function. Heavy Industy that is provided with oil and resource will produce fuel and supply and the points that operate your factory/production centers. These heavy Industry points (HIP) require no transport to use.

other way. Is there any real diffrence if I haul all cargo to Osaka or try to direct parts of this convoy to 5-6 biggest ports ??

Osaka is fine for oil resources, except you then provide a known route for subs to hit if playing human. The northern Island, as I understand it, doesnt receive movement from main islands, you will need to check size of HI on that Island( think it has 2 sites with HI) and provide Oil and Resources.

Someone said, that oil and ressources are moved to all the home-islands. So you could bring them to Sasebo or Osaka and it would be deployed to all the HI-bases.

Oil, ressources and supplies are able to jump one hex of water during automatic transfer phase (simulating coasters and ferries) so all Japanese Islands (including HOkkaido in the north) will receive ressources and oil dropped in Osaka, for example.

The Japanese player should also bring them to China (oil) and Formosa.

2nd ACR plays the Japanese alot and has told me that the northern island does not get oil or resources. I personally havent tested it. You may try asking him.
