The japs attack on PH saw no BB sunk. Landings are taking place all around Philipines. Japanese troops are landing at Amboina. In Malaya Japanese troops landed at Johore Bharu and Mersing attempting to cut Singapore off. Troops are landing at Khota Bharu also. The attack on Wake was not very brilliant and DD Mochizuki was the only ship sunk in the day.
Dec 8
Kido Butai is still enjoying Hawaii sun. The second attack on PH sunk California and Nevada.
Japanese troops are storming Luzon and Mindanao. Troops are landing at Kendari.
Alied troops are boarding ships in home ports.

Khota Baru and Mersing Conquered
Fighting going on in Johore Bharu.
Conquered Tarawal.

Japanese armies landing at Kendari and amboina.

Fighting going on at Wake.

Mindanao Island: Japanese troops landing and conquering all ports but Davao. Troops are now heading to davao where Allies troops are trying a last resistance. an entire suadron of B17 have been killed on land during the conquest of Cangayen [:D]
In the Philippines, paratroopers conquer Lingayen so that unloading troops there can then proceed without any loss. Conquered Aparri in the north where 2 big divisions are unloading in the port now.
Conquered Jolo island to install some air units.

In China, Japanese troops have reached Yenen and are now bombarding the city. In the south, Allies troops trying to approach Hanoi violating indochina neutrality activated some help

Major Naval figting near mersing where the Japanese fleet in the area to protect the troops landing met the BB fleet trying to escape Singapore. English BC severely damaged and now trying to mo north west towards India. few DD lost by both sides during the engagements.

A fleet of AK and TK trying to escape from Naga engaged by Naval fleet and then sunk with the help of Carriers in the area.

3rd day striking PH, so far sunk are 3 BB, 1 CA and some smaller ships.

Air supremacy over Malaya is now gained. Constant attempts of enemy bombers to attack my troop fleets have been repulsed with few losses of japanese aircrafts and no ship lost. Our sources report lot of allies aircrafts killed during those raids.

Considerations:
I already know i did my first mistake by not landing at Tuguegarao. The main plan was to land in lingayen and then trying to cut off the troops in tuguguarao before they join the rest in clarck field. now it will be hard to achieve that.

Kaiser doesn't sound right for a samurai warrior, si I tried to help changing it to Drake.
Beside this details Tokio Rose is strarting to spread her lies. The night action near Johore Bharu was a major Empire victory with 2 old DDs lost in exchange of 4 IJN DDs sunk and many more ships heavily damaged. Repulse and PoW are heading for their base with minor damages. Malaya defense is holding well and reorganizing while our bombers are beginning to strike the japanese ships.
In the Philippines the new USAFFE commader is organizing the troops in Luzon and decided that Mindanao could not be defended. Some damaged transports heading south were sunk in a surface action.

we are just starting to build up our answer to the japanese aggression

In China intelligence reports huge groups of chinese arimes heading towards Canton and Hanoi.

In the Pacific, fighting going on at Kendari and Amboina.

what do you think of mersing and Johore Baru landings as starting gambit? if allowed by house rules, allows Japan to cut off the troops in north of malaya from singapore.
There is few Allied player can do. From LR Cap Japan can defend convoys from air attacks as you have seen and 2 naval fleets can protect from navy.
Unless you able to force me retreat from Jahore, you can't join forces in singapore.

but they can reach singapore? i mean if you come from south, you are then able to go in jahore where i am fighting you, and then from there go to singapore?

19/12/41 now.

In china, Allies are on the move. 80k men attacking Canton are delaying my attack to Honk Kong.
At yenen, fighting are going on with Chinese troops from the north joining the defenders. Now it will bloody to take it.
In the center of China, Japanese troops defeated 2 CHinese army groups and then took Changsha. 8 chinese divisions are coming to the area from the North. Hengchow is now fitted with 100k men.

In Malaya, After the conquest of mersing, all allies troops are retreating towards Johore Baru in the attempt to avoid beeing split in).2. Japanese units now regularly unloading at mersing are now going to johore baru.
Many allies transport convoys attacked in Malaya where it seems Allies are trying to get out some troops from Singapore. George Town is now encircled but very few units remained there while most are already close to Johore Baru.

In Burma, Japanese army has now encircled Rangoon where 11 enemy units seems to have digged. all the bases on the coast (Tavoy, Moulnein Victoria Point) already conquered.

On Philippines Japanese is now approaching Crack Field. Allies are keeping there their Air units. They are losing many of them from Japanese attacks, but they also are annoying obliging me to air cover all ports i use.

US CV fleet sighted near Baker Island attacking there (but all the landings have already been done there and no shipment was sunk)
