Looking for Japanese player Scen 15

I can play a minimum of 15 turns per week/Not new to war gaming but new to PBEM(walk me thru).

Settings Scen 15

Us and Jap sub Off
Fog of War On
Adv Weather On
Allied Damaged Control On
Auto sub Off
Vary setup Off
Dec 7th surprise Off

Japanese one port attack first turn and Allied cannot create any new TFs on first turn.
