Where would you suggest my getting the dll file needed to run SPWAW 8.2 (Downloaded) from??

Vulkan,

What kind of error message are you getting? Have you tried running SPWAW directly by double-clicking the mech.exe in the installation directory? The Game Menu can have problems on some computers.

If you get d3d9???.dll error then you need to install latest direct X. This seems to be the most common .dll problem [:'(]
Running from quick start or mech.exe will probably work in such case.
