Watchtower installation problem

Post by pcarell »

I received MCW today, but it keeps installing in Megacam\Operation Watchtower 42\Megacam\Operation Watchtower 42 and will not run. I tried to copy the 2nd Watchtower folder back to the first Megacam but it just overwrites in the same location. What is the simple solution? And what do I do with the snd, logfile and zip file- delete everything or copy it?

Your MegaCam directory should contain a save folder and a named Megacampaign directory for each MegaCampaign installed. Copy all of of the info in the second Operation Watchtower folder into the first one, all of your snd file get copied into the main snd directory within the SPWAW directory the log file and zip file can be deleted. If you have a named MegaCampaign.cfg file it gets copied into the main MegaCam directory. The you can delete all of the second set of nested directories.

Thanks. I copied all the files to Megacam\Operation Watchtower42, and deleted the nested directories, but the damned thing is still a black screen. I did not find a Watchtower.cfg file. What now?
I can open each file in My Computer The snd files are now in the SPWAW snd directory.

Send me an email and I'll send you the Watchtower cfg file, it's only 1 kb.
Retreat is NOT an option.
