Just a valid question as I would like to have some insight as to the start of war.

Will all ship keels that were laid in history be allready past 1st build phase as far as when they were historically launched ...???? Eg: the counter says 1921 keel laid .. is the ship past first build round ... Is it in construction pool .. repair pool ...???

Will Poland allready be set up as it was historically the case as the Germans knew the Polish OOB and then Germany sets up last in game ..????

It would seem this is valid.
