Has the leader leak on the allied side been fixed?

I would also like to know. There aren't that many excellent admirals and generals in the game, it is really annoying to lose them like this. I checked all my units, TF's and squadrons, but Nimitz is still missing. I guess he's gone for good.

I know it probably had nothing to do with my infamous LBA thread, but its a good excuse to claim victory

What makes you think you had nothing to do with it? [;)]

I think you missed one, the CMX radar issue on allied battleships, where the radar was listed as damaged on some ships, but would never repair. This was reported fixed somewhere in the fourms!

That could be considered an OOB issue which I don't track, have to ask PRY.

What good are leaders if you randomly lose them? And does the Japanese side have the same problem?

Not that I know of.

This is extremely unfortunate. This defect is important to fix not just because of its immediate effect on gameplay (incorrect leader allocations and unintended leader deletions), but because it demonstrates a prima facie fault in the game code that may have effects elsewhere that underlie other "bugs."

I suggest that it be investigated as a major deficiency in the game programming.

Great news guys, you are awesome. One question:

Has the "Viejes" bug been fixed? The Japanese always attack some virtually uninhabited island in the DEI within air range of Singapore that has no purpose what so ever and just wastes aircrafts (okay they learn a bit too) Therefore too much air assets are left in Singapore rather than assigned to the front lines, significantly undermining the front line strength of the Japanese air assets.

Many aircraft types (both sides) have been examined and had equipment changed from guns to bombloads. Yes Brady and Oleg, Peggy and Frances will now carry a torpedo as their default bombload.

We just have to find a country that tolerates poligamy, so we can take our vives and girlfiends as well and live as one big happy family. Perhaps one of the South Pacific island micro-nations? [X(]

Great stuff...

Sorry but Mormons dont believe in Pologamy any more, the official doctrine has been such since 1896, only one wife. Only some whack jobs that pretend they are mormons still practice it.

The brewery that came out with that beer unveiled it just before the Olympics in SLC. I remember seeing the Biilboards for it. Very humourus indeed. It was a German Hofbrau dressed blonde girl holding two beers with the caption 'Polygamy Porter, why have just one? The rumor in town was that the brewery that came out with this beer named it so in responce to new harsh brewery legislation.

Great update, thanks! Looks like all the bugs I've encountered are listed and improvement #4 is very nice! [8D]

"Has the leader leak on the allied side been fixed?"

After playing most of the night, I've gotten hit with this bug. We're assured by the resident poodles everytime there's a gameplay issue that leader selection is absolutely critical. What's the point in playing if the USN is going to have IJN LT's running their ships? What are they doing, barricading themselves on the bridge? The games not even worth taking seriously until this is fixed...game going to take a year investment, why get butt-deep into a full campaign if I'm going to end up with an IJN LT. on the bridge of the Missouri when they sign the surrender document?

Just a quick clarification, will the AI using the autoconvoy still try to send TF from Karachi to Pearl then back to OZ or Java or will this be fixed in this patch? Look forward to trying it.
