Return to Formation CTD

OK, i had just restarted a Highland campaign (because for some reason my old save wasnt producing any missions) and near the end, i had just strafed an enemy transport to death (getting severely damaged in the aftermath explosion) and i ordered my wingman back into formation with ALT+F and I had a CTD. Attached is the errlog.
