Types of Ships

Is there a location where the types of ships are listed. I'm aware of the listing of Frigate, Cruiser, Carrier, etc in the manual, but I'm talking about the type as in CA Devastator, ZN Zolon, etc. Perhaps I am confusing type with class. At any rate, does anyone know where or if a list of these types of ships exist along with stats? Thank you!
