Did UK lend leawse any 4.5 hows to the russkis? Looks a bit like one of those. Or is the longer barrel obscured by smoke in which case... agree with tankerace

It looks like Soviet 122 H 09-30 or 22 H 10-30 Howitzer.

Looks like a Russian 122mm How but its unsual in that it appears to have solid wheels and rubber tyres.

Don't know why, but that carriage looks kinda like a US 105mm style.

Looks a lot like a Russian 122mm howitzer. Early war is my guess.

Chris H, I've seen quite a number of photos of russian artillery with exactly that wheel assembly, so rubber tyres were probably not that uncommon.

Looks darn tiny for being a 152mm howitzer, IMO. And no split carriage? Or are they perhaps 'shooting on the fly'? But I digress. [8D]
