I'm with Buck...thanks for the help, Kid, but maybe a permanent, easier fix (something like Mike or freeboy suggested)?
I have not yet begun to fight!

Click on the task force, it tells you how many hexes it has left it can move and how many hexes it takes to get to destination and back home. So if on station it will tell you how many hexes it has fuel to move and it will tell you how many hexes it is to base.
Favoritism is alive and well here.
