ending turn

I am having a problem in that I click end turn but the game keeps going back to pearl as if it wants me to do something

PH is the start point for the next turn perhaps? Did the turn run? Check the buttons at the top and see if there was any action......

AFTER my turns have run, the map will always go back to PH.

If you have not patched yep, it is possible that your turn length is set to nothing. Check your settings.
