Help on information in the encyclopedia.

I don't know how to read some of the information in the encyclopedia. I figured out that the two values under PEN are the penetration values for the weapons in the first and second slot. For example, what do ACC and Kill mean? Wnat's the second value under the range (seperated by colon)? What is the warhead?

May wants to checks the manual. It is an adobe file in the spwaw directory. It have a comprehensive explanation.
