Secret device at Alice Springs

Hello, browsing through the database editor for scen 15 and hidden away at location 778 Alice Springs is Device 61099. Sounds ominous...could be a secret weapons lab. Are the Aussies trying to build the Bomb!?
Squatting in the bush and marking it on a map.

I believe the Aussies were doing experimental nuclear tests on Kangaroos!
