Unable to Register

Hi folks

I am unable to register the game in the member area, tells me it is an "Invalid Key", yet it is the one I received with the game and the one I installed it with. Any ideas?

If you are copy and pasting, make sure you don't get an extra space in the paste?

Thanks for the suggestion. I typed it in a number of times, so no space and no errors, but appreciate the idea [;)]
