Finally put the Dilgar page up

Contains some starter information on the mod, and who is involved, I"ll be posting more information and screens as time goes by, for now, its still a long way off

should be noted this is a joint mod with a guy in germany, he is producing a dilgar war mod at the same time with me, except his is based off of a SFC3 setup

in addition we both in the near future will being getting things in order to go forward with project alpha:) hopefully commerical, who knows, until then, enjoy the screens and soon to come mod!
