Are you using the latest version of Firefox? I know they updated it to version 10 because they had a few problems with files not downloading properly. I only ask because I thought I'd try to access my account using Firefox and had no problems at all.

Hi

I bought CDs from Amazon.co.uk 2 days ago using Firefox 0.9.1 and books last week using the 1.0 Preview version, so there doesn't appear to be a general problem with Firefox/Amazon.

Could try uninstalling your current version of Firefox, then reinstalling the latest version to see if that fixes the problem...

It was probably that file driver Starforce that did it, I read it also caused some problems with other things and I believe Mozzila was listed.

Version?

Latest is 1.7.3

If do have problems, if a legit site it can be possiable that it is heavy coded in a way best viewed by MSIE, thats one problem
to consider with non-standard browsers, also for some things you need to install plugins to mozilla like java etc.
