Operation Shinning armor bug

Hello, from day 19 I can't play anymore missions because when ypu launch a mission you arrive in the carrier with a side view instead of a forward view and nothing happens. The game freezes and the escape menu doesn't work.
The only solution was ALT+F4.
Please look into this cause I'd really like to finish this second campaign. [&:]

And here is what it actually looks like :
In fact, as soon as you loadout your fighter and click over accept to launch the mission, this is what you get. It's sort of a sideview look, without the carrier's wall, etc.
The only keys that work are escape and alt+F4.
In the "Esc" menu, none of the options work.

Now from day 16 and in operation shinning armour only.
Here is what I get everytime I launch a "shinning armour" mission:
Please look at it. As of now, I can't continue the shinning armor campaign.
Anybody else has this problem?

In fact, to bypass this bug you need to transfer to a destroyer squadron, as the campaign engine seems to refuse letting you continue the campaign as a fighter pilot. In consequence, you can't launch any mission if you are in a fighter squadron, untill you tranfer into a destroyer squadron. Is this intentional?
It would nevertheless be fun to be able to finish the campaign as a fighter pilot, if you don't want to upgrade to a Capital Ship assignment... [:'(]
